Lorado 26% fat regular full cream milk powder is a soluble powder made by spray drying fresh pasteurized whole milk. Has a wide range of applications including confectionery of bakery products, yoghurt, ice cream mixes and is an ideal milk source for any situation where a regular liquid milk is not available.
Lorado fat filled milk powder replaces whole milk powder and is based on skimmed milk and edible vegetable fat.
